All orders over £40 automatically qualify for complimentary tracked next day delivery.

Orders under £40 ship for a flat rate of £5

Europe:

All EU orders ship for a flat rate of £14

Orders over £80 automatically quality for complimentary standard shipping.

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, DPD or UPS and delivery time can vary from 4-35 workdays, depending on the delivery country.

 International:

All International Worldwide orders ship for a flat rate of £200

Orders over £100 automatically quality for complimentary standard shipping.

Please note, we can't hold the responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

  • Kiani Tea is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.

  • Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Kiani Tea assumes no responsibility.

  • Shipping time may take between 4 to 35 days depending on if there are delays experienced by customs or delivery country.

Refunds/Return

Please note, we offer no returns/refunds on teas. However, we are always available to assist you with brewing advice/suggestions. Simply e-mail us at info@kianitea.com if advice is needed.

There are no refunds/returns offered on Tea Soaps.

Refunds and returns are applicable only on teaware should they not meet your expectations. The return window is 2 weeks, and you will be responsible for the postage. Returned items are only applicable for a refund if they have not been opened/used and they should show no sign of use.

If any ceramics should arrive broken, this needs to be reported on the same day that goods have been received with supporting images - please send email at info@kianitea.com

Please note that fragile items such as mugs and tea cups will be safely packaged for delivery using double-layer bubble wrap method.
