Shipping policy

All EU and International Worldwide orders ship for a flat rate of £8.

All orders will be shipped with Royal Mails tracked standard service and delivery time can vary from 5-35 workdays, depending on the country.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Kiani Tea is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.

• Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Kiani Tea assumes no responsibility.

• The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased.

• Shipping time may take between 7 to 35 days depending on if there are delays experienced by customs or delivery country.
