Shangdong has a long recorded rose cultivation history of more than 1300 years starting during the Tang Dynasty by a monk named Cijing. During the Qing dynasty, the Pingyin region became a major premium rose production center in China.

Brewing idea

5-8g of buds per teacup (150-200ml). Boil fresh, filtered water at 80℃, steep for 5-15 minutes.
