For making matcha:
Use your scoopto measure 2-4 scoops of your chosen Matcha into your Matcha Chawan Then wet with 15ml of 70°C water. Thoroughly knead the mixture using your whisk until smooth paste forms. Add 70 ml water or milk of your choice and mix until consistent.
