How to make the perfect cup:
- Use 3g of leaves per 200ml water (one cup)
- Boil fresh filtered water at 95℃ and pour over leaves
- Let the leaves steep for 3 minutes and remove leaves immediately
- Can be enjoyed with a dash of milk
- The leaves can be reused for a 2nd and 3rd cup
