Have you ever seen these fancy Pink Lattes and wondered how this perfect pink colour was achieved? Here is the secret ingredient you have been looking for. Pink up your latte, your morning cereals, your smoothie, ice cream, coffee or anything you want to colour up a little. You can also add a spoon to enhance the colour of your Rose Matcha.
For your Pink Latte: Mix 2-5g into heated milk of your choice (we use oat milk in all our pictures)
Place approx. 4-5 scoops of rose matchain your bowl. Then wet with 15 ml water of water that is heated to approx 70ºC (prevent very high heat as it increases bitterness and lowers medicinal properties) Thoroughly knead mixture using bamboo whisk until smooth paste forms. Add 70ml of heated milk of your choice and mix until consistent. Gradually add your pink powder and stop when the right pink shade is achieved.
Add honey to enhance flavour in your rose matcha.
The good news is that pink powder is 100% natural - made with 100% dried beetroot, no artificial colouring is needed to create colour. Nature is already very colourful and beautiful as it is.
